Stacia Hylton

Ms. Hylton began her 35-year law enforcement career as a Deputy U.S. Marshal in 1980 and advanced through numerous leadership roles across operations, training, and security. Her career included service in the Special Operations Group, key command positions such as Chief Deputy for South Carolina and Assistant Director for Prisoner Operations, and leadership during national emergencies. In 2001, she served as Acting Deputy Director of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Cathy Lanier

Cathy Lanier has come to be known for her game-changing leadership. Prior to serving in her current role as Senior Vice President and Chief of Security at the National Football League, Lanier held the position of Chief of Police with the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) from 2007 to 2016.

Rick Trainor

Rick Trainor is CEO of the Business Services unit at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, leading global strategy, product innovation, and sales for financial and corporate markets. He also oversees content acquisition, licensing operations, and the company’s specialty business, Signature Information Solutions.

Haywood "Woody" Talcove

Haywood Talcove is CEO of Government at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and CEO of LexisNexis Special Services Inc. (LNSSI). He leads strategy, operations, and customer engagement, driving innovation that helps government agencies prevent fraud, enhance security, and advance digital transformation. He also oversees the company’s specialty business, VitalChek.
Dr. Richard Tubb

Dr. Richard J. Tubb

Brig. Gen. (Dr.) Richard J. Tubb served as Physician to the President and Director of the White House Medical Unit, overseeing all medical support for the President, Vice President, and executive staff worldwide. He led medical contingency planning, advised senior White House officials on national continuity matters, and directed healthcare operations across multiple agencies and locations.

Henry A. Udow

Mr. Udow is the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary for the RELX Group, the parent company of LexisNexis. Mr. Udow has extensive experience managing global legal and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) departments at large multi-national companies in publishing, information solutions and consumer goods industries.

Alan Wade

Mr. Wade currently serves as the President of Wade Associates Inc. Before joining the private sector, he served the federal service for thirty-five years, retiring as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). During his tenure as CIO of the CIA, he also served as the CIO for the United States Intelligence Community.
